Woody Zuill, known internationally for bringing mob-programming to the masses, and also challenge industry norms on estimation. He's essentially the person that started the #NoEstimates movement.

Mob Programming

This is full day workshop where Woody explains the why (origins) and mechanics. The group will then put this to practice, with hands-on coaching and mentoring from Woody. All clients that that bought this workshop during the spring, have changed how they work. One team from Meltwater put up a blog post about their experience.

Practical Refactoring

In this code-centric workshop we'll look at ways to introduce sanity and calmness into the process of maintaining and improving buggy, poorly written, poorly designed code. Few slides, mostly code.

#NoEstimates

This is a half-day presentation (3 hours) of the thoughts and roots of #NoEstimates. It's engaging, interactive and thought-provoking - a much needed refresher in most organizations.
