Kanban Kickstarter

About The Course:

Agile ways of working are taking the world by storm. "Methodologies" like Scrum, Kanban, The Lean Start-Up, and eXtreem Programming are being used with great success in IT companies of all sizes. These companies are reporting faster times to market, more flexibility, higher quality, and most importantly more satisfied customers and employees.

Scrum, Kanban, Management 3.0, Lean, what do all these buzzwords mean?

Will it be of any use in your organisation?

This two day course will cover the Kanban method in depth, as well as providing you with a variety of tools to get you started when you return to your organisation. But the entire course won't simply be theory! On day two the participants will work to setup the basic working structures and tools needed to kickstart their journey into Kanban. Because of this, you will leave with everything you need to get started when you arrive back to work.

This course is equally useful for anyone looking to improve their organisation, whether they be highly technical, or completely non-technical.
